So pissed off…
I am soooooo beyond pissed off right now!!!
Alright so I signed up for this message board; Milwaukee Mom’s. Pretty much just Milwaukee Mom’s posting information, looking for playdates, etc. A normal parent type message board. Well… I’ve only posted a few times, nothing major. Some lady was looking for single colored M&Ms. I used to work at a candy store back in December. One in which a few people mentioned in the thread. A few people also mentioned about how the owner was very rude. I had a VERY VERY BAD experience working there. She sat me down the day before Christmas Eve, and pretty much told me EVERYTHING I was doing wrong, and in my eyes, fired me. I honestly think she only wanted me as seasonal help but didnt want to admit to that.
Anyways, I went and filed for unemployment. Which I was awarded after about a month of fighting with her about it. She denied firing me and offered me my job back after she had me in tears after what she said to me. Anyways, I was awarded unemployment because she only offered 12 hours a week to come work there again. Unemployment felt as though I’d never be able to survive off that, so its pointless to go back and work there. End of story. She got pissed because she had to pay the unemployment.
ANYWAYS… I made a post under this lady’s thread saying:
“Half Nuts is a good store to find the M&M’s. I used to work there, if I can remember correctly they’re around $6 per lb. They have 16 different colors to chose from. The owner can be very rude if you call there not knowing what it is exactly that you want. I used to work there last year, but she fired me. I honestly think she only wanted seasonal help and didnt want to tell me that.”
So thats what I wrote. I recieved two comments after that stating about how they had different experiences with the owner and that she aws really kind and really nice. So I wrote back, I guess everyone has their own opinions on their experiences there. Well I had recieved an email from the owner of Half Nuts this morning… stating:
Hello Nikkole, I just received a phonecall from a satisfied customer who read a post you made on the chat board, Milwaukee Moms. What you have written is defamation, or more specifically, libel. I will not hesitate to call an attorney if you do not remove your post in the next 24 hours. You were not terminated, and when you lied to the Unemployment Office, you refused employment at Half Nuts. You also did not work full time at Walgreens. You also left your job BEFORE the Christmas holiday was even over, so your statement that you were hired as seasonal help and let go after you weren’t needed is a lie. I also spoke to your manager at Walgreens after you filed for unemployment, and you were not truthful regarding your employment at that store, either. I am contacting the personnel at MilwaukeeMoms regarding your libelous post. I will print and hold on to your libelous statements for future reference, and I would suggest you be careful to whom you speak about me or Half Nuts in the future. Mary Ziegler Half Nuts, Inc.
WHAT A BUNCH OF CROCK! She emailed me, to my PERSONAL email address saying that. Can we say, stalkerish. That seriously pissed me off. So I called my dad and asked him what I should do. He told me to delete my posts (which I did). I also deleted my entire account. I thought it was bull****. I couldnt believe she would take the time to email me. I NEVER lied to unemployment. She was just pissed that I was awarded unemployment because she wouldnt admit to firing me. She told them I had my job there if I wanted it, but she screwed up by telling them I was only allowed 12 hours a week. So, I later found out… the lady that posted after me, was her daughter. The one in which told Mary in the first place that I wasnt doing my job. She didnt like me. End of story. GRRRRRNEEDLESS TO SAY IM BEYOND ANGRY!!! :angry: :angry: :angry: That seriously pissed me off to no extent. People are nuts. End of story.
