I was inspired by the blogger at http://messyhairandcoffee.com (pardon my not knowing your name, my apologies) to write my September Goals. Every month I write my goals in my planner. It never dawned on me to go in to further detail or write a plan of attack for them either.

Here’s what I’ve written down for September’s Goals:

  1. Stay on top of school work
    — check folders and homework every single day
    — make sure reading and worksheets are done when I arrive at home
    — get into the habit of making sure Mikhail’s take-home folder is on my computer each day until we build up a habit of just doing it
  2. Get doctors visits on Tuesdays and figure out what is wrong with you!
    — saw the doctor yesterday – What a Joke.
    — see therapist and psychiatrist in two weeks like regularly scheduled
    — try to see if you can get better
  3. SAY NO TO VTO (volunteered time off)
    — color, write notes, make lists, do brain dumps… do whatever you can to say NO TO VTO
    — you need to save as much money as you can from now until you’re possibly laid off
    — you also need to prove that this job means the world to you so what better than to be present!
  4. Do your best with school schedules and home work
    — Be your best Mom

Those are the goals I have written for September. I’m sure if I thought about it a little harder, I’d have about 30 more to add to here but I’m going to keep it sweet and simple. October’s goals are already written out and are a simple minded as they come.

I’m going to do my best to keep up with these goals. Hopefully, as my health improves I’ll be able to achieve these goals with no issues.
