Nickolas is sick :sorry:
Well, I’ve stayed at home today from work. Nickolas has a pretty nasty chest/head cold right now. He seems to be doing a hell of a lot better than he was this morning. I finally got him to take some medicine and I got him to lay down for a little while. I’ve been rubbing Vick’s vapor rub on his chest so its not too bad. I probably could’ve gotten away with sending him to school and he would’ve been fine, but I’d rather not chance it.
Yesterday was literally a day from hell at work… I love my job, don’t get me wrong, but yesterday was just one hell of a mess. I was doing webs, and this guy sent in nearly 50 webs for planting trees. I processed some, others processed some… needless to say, it wasn’t bad, whatever. Well, it turned out that it ended up being ONE BIG MESS! Due to the name on the ticket he sent in, wasn’t even his name, I was going to end up being liable for if anything happened or if he hit any lines due to the tickets I processed, so I literally sat around the last 2 hours of work just waiting for answers on to what I was supposed to do about this guy. Needless to say, long story short… I finally just voided all the tickets I did for him, and I was like FREAKING out figuring that I did something MAJOR wrong. It was one of those moments where I was beating myself up because “I should have known better”.
Anyways, Nick is laying down again, and I think I’m going to try to get him to take a nap for a while again. I’ll talk to you all later.
