New Haircut…
Good evening morning everyone! Nickolas is at Matt’s house for the night and until Wednesday, which means I feel the need to stay awake until wee hours of the night. [♪♫ Scary Kids Scaring Kids - The Power of Resolution ♪♫] So… for tonight’s plans, I’m going to look at some hacks and such for Cutenews. Hopefully I find somethings to add to make life easier and better. I could totally use WordPress for all the stuff I’m looking to do with Cutenews, but I don’t want to to be honest. So far I have a good list of about nine of them I want to install. I will post an edit when I have them completed. (… or include it in my next entry if there is another written by the time its finished.) So I have been fairly busy as of late. I had received my state taxes and I’m still waiting for my federal. I have spent a lot of money in the past days. I bought some really good stuff though. [♪♫ Brand New - Not the Sun ♪♫] I am definitely going to be updating my wishlist within the next few days. I’ve been spending a lot of time over at Mike’s parents house and we watch a whole lot of HGTV. So, I’ve become newly obsessed with decorating the house and organizing and making it look “nice”. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t live in a dump; I hate this apartment though. Its low income housing, so you can only imagine how “not spiffy” it is. We have to beg for paint! The floors [which they just recently done... *sigh*] are tile and completely cracked. I want to so freakin’ badly move. I doubt this will happen anytime soon though. Lack of money and the fact that rent is so dirt cheap here is keeping us put. Which means, I want to make the house at least look nice. If I’m stuck here, I’m going to make it look presentable – to my standards – which are crazy because I have OCD when it comes to some things.So, I had gotten my hair cut last week. I forgot to post about it in my previous entry. I got a lot taken off. It’s layered a lot more too. I’ve also dyed it “deep burgundy brown” and “blue black”. I will take some photos with the new color when I get a chance. It really needs to lighten up some because its hard to see the color because they’re so dark. I did take some photos (prior to dying). I think it turned out really good actually. I like it a lot. Although the long hair is wonderful to look at, its such a pain in the ass to take care of. My hair was far from healthy. You can also check out some new photos of the boys. Photos from 02-08-09. They turned out pretty well. Basically they were just messing around on the couch. I cannot believe how big Mikhail has gotten already. He’s only two months old and looks so much older!!! So, what else? I had about three thousand things to write about, and now I cannot think of much of anything. Oh! I do believe I’m going to be redoing the “computer” page. I’m going to update my desktop photos. … Now for things to get random because I have tons more to talk about but don’t want everyone reading for the next six hours … Tomorrow is Mikhail’s two month check up. He’s going to be a crabby boy due to the shots he’ll be receiving. I haven’t quite decided whether or not I’m going to go to Mike’s parents house afterwards or not yet. Mike got his new truck on Saturday. ♥ I’m so happy for him. He’s so excited. It is a 1997 Ford Explorer – Four Door – Automatic – White. I don’t know much more about it. Other than the fact that he got extremely pissy because he couldn’t have it the exact second he found it, and that it cost $6000. Needless to say, it’s a nice truck at least. [♪♫ Fightstar - Open Your Eyes ♪♫] What else? Oh! I’ve become 100% addicted to saving money and being a completely thrifty shopper. I was watching Oprah sometime last week and the episode featured those moms that spent $300 at the grocery store and then after sales and coupons they were able to get their bills down to $50. It was insanity!!! There are millions of sites on the web that teach you how to do it. You have to have some times, and some patience to be able to do it. Organization is definitely a key point also. I’ll have to post a blog about how and what to do if anyone’s interested in learning more further. I suppose though. I have a lot I need to get done online yet. I also have loads of cleaning to do tomorrow in preparation for the inspection coming on the 23rd of February. Oh, by the way … My “work” never called today. Which makes me a little nervous. Hopefully they call by tomorrow or Wednesday, otherwise I’ll be calling them. Alright kids. Until next time… I’ll leave you with some questions today, yes?1.)
