… More on my progress.
So, in my previous entry I discussed how far I’ve come in the designing world. Although I have no where near the experience I want to have. I have come a long and very far way. I have gathered a gallery in which I found some of my earlier work. These things have been created in the past year, maybe a little longer more.
I have a LOT to learn yet. I’ve been really cracking down working extremely hard on everything. I’ve been learning everything there is to know about wordpress and coding, etc.

I thought I was a great designer when creating those… and then I made this layout. *shakes head* Just makes you really think about how far you’ve come.
In other news; I’ve decided I’m not a normal 22 year old girl. People my age are only worried about (possibly) graduating college, whose going to be at the bar tonight (at least that’s how its here in WI), hanging out with friends, partying it up, etc. I love being at home on a Friday night, drinking coffee, entering sweepstakes, coding websites, and designing graphics. Call me a nerd. Its my escape. I don’t need alcohol or drugs or parties to escape from the stress/hassles of the week – give me a computer with the internet – I’ll be in heaven.
The boys and I walked to the park today. Momentous occasion! 1.) I never leave the house during the day. 2.) I never exercise. 3.) I almost never go to the park with the kids. It was a nice walk to say the least. I was going to walk the boys to Nickolas’ school so he can see where he’ll be attending this Fall. I decided it wasn’t the best idea because recess would’ve been going on and I didn’t need him to get lost in the mix of kids. We’ll have to do it on a weekend.
I more than likely will not post a blog tomorrow. My apologies about the layout being hard on the eyes – Black w/ white text is hard for some to read and I’m going to see if I can alter the layout some so its easier to read. We’ll see how well I do.
I think you will always continue to learn about designing! I’ve been desiging for almost 13 years now and I still learning more and more about different types of coding and all that :) And there is nothing wrong with just staying home and doing your thing. i’m not into the whole going out and getting drunk. i’d rather be home and be productive! so do your thing girl!
