Life is mysterious

Hola — How is everyone? Yea, like I’m actually going to get a comment from whoever reads this saying “Good”. Anyways… I went to the doctors yesterday. Well, technically no doctors were involved. Krystal and I both had appointments yesterday for our First Trimester Screening. This involves an ultrasound which measures the baby from head to butt, then measures the skin on the back of its neck. Also, more blood work! Those people officially raped me of my blood. We checked in and got another scene of “OMG! You’re sisters!? Pregnant at the same time!? How amazing is that?!” Yea, yea… AMAZING. :grumpy: Whatever. So we checked in, sat down, got cozy. Krystal invited her “boyfriend”, Matt. Who is also the father of her child. The reason for “boyfriend” is strictly because they’re dating one week, broken up the next. So I don’t know how a relationship like that works, but I won’t judge. So I went in for the ultrasound. The nurse who I had was pretty nice. She was talking about all sorts of stuff… Which is rare. Anyways, the baby was being stubborn. We started the ultrasound and the baby was being really active. Jumping around, throwing its arms around, etc. It then decided to go to sleep. Put a hand behind its head, then the other over its face, and got still… So the nurse doing the ultrasound was like “Now, thats precious, but C’mon Peanut! We need you to straighten your head out!!!” So she started wiggling and giggling my uterus trying to wake it up. So it would wake up for a little bit, start kicking the walls of my uterus, extending its body full length, then go RIGHT back to the old position with the hands behind the head and over the face and go back to sleep. :secret: Silly child. So she had me stand up, and sway my hips as though “I was picking up the hottest guy in my life”. After a good five minutes of that, we came back to doing the ultrasound again. The baby moved to the opposite side, decided to get comfy once again in the same position. This time she wiggled my uterus a little more and the baby finally straightened out for her to do it. Baby must have gotten fed up with being bothered. Anyways, heres the picture:So they did the blood work, and then I was sent on my way. I get to find out the sex of the baby on the 22nd of July. Which is one week away from my birthday. What a cool birthday present, eh? What else??? Oh. I’ve been doing a little better. The medication was upped to the highest dosage I can be on, and sure enough it did me in pretty good. I’m not super nauseous anymore. (24/7 anyways) If I don’t eat fast enough when feeling hungry, or I eat something that don’t agree with me I feel ill, but thats the extent of it. Then again, I really haven’t done full blow activities yet either. When I’m cleaning up the house or doing laundry, I get extremely dizzy and have to lay down for a while. So, I don’t know how that will work when I go back to work, but I have two weeks to see how much more improvement I go through… Anyways; I should get going. Just wanted to show off the baby to everyone.
