Alright… So I’ve been talking about all these sites where I’ve learned a lot of awesome CSS tips and tricks. I’ve decided to share some of the ones I found to be most helpful… You can take a look over at these sites and maybe learn something new. There are also a lot of awesome resources for Cheat Sheets and Templates. Glamify your Ordered Lists – If you make a lot of lists on your site using the “ul & li” codes then you can customize them to make them really pretty instead of the plain old dots. CSS Cheat Sheet – One of my most used Cheat Sheets for CSS coding. Do you use DIVs for everything? – I came across this article that I thought was really ingenious. I learned how to make DIV layouts and how to basically organize my site using classed DIVs; This teaches you how to get away from doing that. I learned a lot from this article. List of ALL HTML Codes. – A quick reference page for a definition of all the HTML codes and CSS variables. Also explains what every code does; A small example of each code. HTML, XHTML, CSS Playground – Play around with coding and see what you come up with. This is a great tool to teach yourself how to memorize a lot of the coding you learn.Short Hand your CSS coding – Learn how to organize and re-write your CSS coding in a much more organized fashion. This gives you the basic principles of what your CSS style sheets should look like. This is my first edition of these articles; I’ll be posting many more. I come across a lot of amazing tutorials and such and would LOVE to share them all with you. Check these out… More will be coming soon. — Side note — I’m still working on my new layout. If you check out the past layouts page, you will see what the layout was that I created and decided against. Hopefully the new one will be up soon. I want everything coded to perfection before putting it up. Hopefully, I will get that done within the next few days. We will see how far I get though.
